Lis Wiehl

Lis Werhl is a journalist for NBC News and The All Things Considered show of the National Public Radio. She was previously a reporter on NBC News' All Things Considered as well as National Public Radio. She is the best-selling New York Times author of 18 books which include Hunting Charles Manson: The Quest for Justice. Lis Was Wiehl was is a Washington resident born in Yakima was educated in the home of her grandparents. West Valley High School of Yakima gave her the certificate. Barnard College Columbia University, where she received her bachelor's in 1983. In 1985, she earned her MA in Literature at Queensland University. Harvard Law School awarded her a doctorate in 1987.
